- At the bottom of the call window, click the monitor icon.
- Select Present Desktop, Present Programs, or Present PowerPointFiles.
- Select your screen, program, or file you want to share.
- Control your sharing activity with the sharing bar at the top of your screen.
- Click Stop Sharing to finish.
