You can however use the link for the agent included with your SysAid found under your Settings > Network Discovery > Downloads.

In order to install the SysAid agent on a MAC OS X, please follow the instructions below: 1. Download SysAid Agent for Macintosh OS X. Run the setup wizard. If you wish to have an easy access to SysAid, please copy the SysAid Agent icon from the Applications folder to your Dock panel. This step is optional. Click on the SysAid Agent icon. Click on Download Agent link. You will have a drop down list, from which you can choose and download the appropriate agent. If the managed computers are in the same LAN, download Mac local agent. If the managed computers are in remote locations, download agents appropriately. Follow the steps mentioned below to install the agents manually.
Yes, I understand, and that's all great, but it would be more helpful if we could individually download the agent without having to log into the helpdesk, as we are on-premise for example but opted to not open our SysAid up to the world to avoid cybersquatting of user names ending in locking people out of their desktops due to LDAP, and still would need to be able to download the agent from the website at some point.
It's just that we got used to the agent being available as standalone via that link that I shared previously.

If you guys don't want to make individual agents available for download, then that's fine, but the network discovery page isn't clear as to what version is actually present in the download link, and up until now it always used to be the old one and we had to go the website for the latest beta.
